Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician who will be the face of our service team, directly assisting clients, troubleshooting and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment, and tracking parts and tools.

GLORY offers a 401k with match, paid parental leave, tuition and adoption assistance, bonus opportunities and career advancement. The schedule starts M-F 8-5; after training it's Fri-Mon 10-hour shifts, with a 10% shift differential on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Directly serve clients and manage customer service and care.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Track and manage parts and tools.
• Stay updated on changes to GLORY equipment.
