Komatsu Mining Corp. is seeking a National Field Service Technician to assemble and service heavy mining equipment on customer sites.

Expect frequent travel across the West and Southwest, performing field maintenance, welding, and field machining with strict safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, welding expertise (5G preferred), and the ability to operate heavy equipment while complying with MSHA and FCAW requirements.

Qualifications

• AWS D1.1 certification and FCAW welding test required.
• MSHA training certification preferred.
• Rigging training completed.

Responsabilités

• Field Mechanical Maintenance across mining equipment.
• Field Welding in outdoor, heavy industrial environments.
• Travel throughout the US to provide on-site support and repairs.
• Operate heavy machinery safely following regulatory requirements.
• Field Machining using specialized tools and procedures.
