Komatsu seeks a Field Assembler to join our National Field Service team. You will travel across the United States to assemble heavy mining equipment on-site, often remaining on the road for six weeks and enjoying substantial overtime opportunities.

The role requires hands-on mechanical work, welding, and field machining across the West and Southwest regions, with safety and quality standards guiding every task. AWS D1.1 and MSHA training are preferred, with rigging training required.

Qualifications

• Onsite travel up to 6 weeks at a time with long shift hours (13–14 hours).
• AWS D1.1 certification with FCAW welding test.
• MSHA training certification preferred for safety compliance in mining.
• Rigging training completed to perform lifting safely.
