Job summary

You will use advanced diagnostic tools and telematics data, follow a structured pre-trip process, and aim for high first-time fix rates while delivering exceptional service.

Travel to client locations is required, and you will document repairs, parts, and labor in the ERP system while maintaining safety and compliance with company

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and motor graders.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and telematics data to identify issues.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and work outdoors in various weather.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment at customer locations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and fluid/service checks.
• Review telematics and machine history to troubleshoot faults.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and labor times in ERP.
• Communicate clearly with customers and confirm symptoms.
