Job summary

Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, executing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and maintaining thorough service records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and telematics platforms.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and handle parts and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements to restore functionality.
• Use diagnostic tools, telematics data, and history to identify issues.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Communicate with customers to confirm symptoms and explain repairs.
• Document repairs, parts usage, and labor in the ERP system.
