Ohio CAT is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Caterpillar machines in the field. You will work from a service truck servicing and performing repairs on dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, and haul trucks to keep customers moving.
Responsibilities include diagnostics, complex repairs, equipment inspection, servicing HVAC systems, maintaining detailed records, collaborating with technicians, and upholding safety protocols in a dynamic field environment.

As aFieldService Technician, you'll be at the heart of what we do:diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar machines in the field. Whether it's a dozer, excavator, wheel loader,haul truck, you'll use your skills and experience to deliver top-tier service that keeps our customers moving. You will work in the field from a service truck servicing and performing:
Lifting/Carrying 40 lb. Lift/Carry and 50lb pulling. Standing, sitting, and climbing up and down stairs, as well as standing, sitting, and climbing into machines. Dexterity Normal. Repetitive Motions: Frequent movements requiring the use of hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
