You will tie workflow to schedule, manage on-site installation, maintenance, and testing tasks, diagnose technical problems, produce detailed reports, and document processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with on-site installation and repair tasks is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and schematics.
