• Strong communication and ability to understand service manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Promote good customer relations and provide professional service.
• Diagnose equipment problems and determine repair actions.
• Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on forklifts and related equipment.
• Maintain and organize company tools and service van.
• Document service calls accurately and neatly.
