Job summary

Tri-Lift Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled field service technician to diagnose and repair forklifts and related equipment across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

You will perform electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repairs, document service calls, and maintain the service van and inventory with a focus on safety and professionalism. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience in forklift or equipment repair.
• Ability to read service manuals and schematics.
• Effective communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to safely operate power tools, lifts, hoists and overhead cranes.

Responsibilities

• Promote goodwill and accountability between the company and customer with professional service.
• Diagnose equipment problems and recommend repair actions.
• Perform equipment repairs or modifications as needed.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and document service calls accurately.
• Maintain service van, inventory, and tool set in good condition.
• Keep work area clean and hazard-free.
