Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts at customer sites. You will travel locally and work independently, helping businesses stay productive.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in material handling, automotive, or heavy equipment mechanics, with strong troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems. A valid driver’s license is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the material handling industry or related automotive/diesel/military/heavy equipment mechanics
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in the field

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, and electric)
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Accurately document work performed and communicate with customers via work order system
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism in every customer interaction
