Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling gear at customer sites. Travel locally and work independently while supporting equipment uptime.

Ideal candidates have hands-on tech backgrounds in automotive, diesel, or military contexts, with hydraulics, electricals, or engine diagnostics experience. Training will be provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on diagnostics and repair experience on material handling equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems is essential.
• Must be able to work independently at customer sites and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, electric).
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Document work performed and communicate with customers via work order system.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism at every customer interaction.
