LiftOne, a fourth-generation family-owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites. You will work independently in the field, travel locally, and help keep businesses productive.

We value hands-on problem‑solving, hydraulics, electrical systems, or engine experience. Applicants should have 2+ years in the industry, a valid driver's license, and a customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in material handling or related heavy equipment mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Experience with ServiceMax or similar CMMS.
• Safety-first mindset, following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Document work and communicate with customers using the work order system.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne professionally with customers.
