Job summary

LiftOne seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites. You will travel locally, work independently, and play a critical role in keeping businesses productive.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanics, with strengths in hydraulics, electrical systems, or diagnostics. Training will be provided to support success in a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the material handling industry or related automotive/diesel/military/heavy equipment mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Lead with a safety-first mindset and follow all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, and electric).
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate with customers using our work order system.
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism and pride in every customer interaction.
