Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and related equipment at customer sites. You will travel locally and work independently, ensuring productive operations for customers.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanics, with strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems and a safety-first mindset. Training is provided to support success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the material handling industry or related mechanics fields.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service mindset and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Document work and communicate with customers via the work order system.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne professionally with customers.
