Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites. You will travel locally, work independently, and contribute to keeping customers productive.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in automotive, diesel, or military contexts, with skills in hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics. Comprehensive training and a safety-first culture are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the material handling industry or related automotive, diesel, military, or heavy equipment mechanics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with ServiceMax or similar CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, and electric).
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate with customers using the work order system.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism in every customer interaction.
