Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites. You’ll travel locally and work independently, ensuring equipment stays productive.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in material handling or automotive/diesel/mechanical fields, strong troubleshooting in mechanical/hydraulic/electrical systems, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. ServiceMax experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in material handling or related automotive/mechanical fields.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (gas, diesel, LP, and electric).
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate effectively with customers using our work order management system.
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Represent LiftOne with professionalism and pride in every customer interaction.
