Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists with on-site installing, troubleshooting, testing, splicing, repairing, and maintaining telephone and network equipment for customers.
• Responds to trouble dispatches and provides troubleshooting support.
• Maintains record systems and cross connects, line groups, and network elements.
• Proactively educates and sells TDS products and services to customers.
• Gain working knowledge of relevant standards and grounding practices.
