OWL Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Columbus, OH to service and install electronic equipment, including point of sale and EV charging stations. The role requires troubleshooting electro-mechanical devices, traveling up to 30–40% overnight, and performing timely maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, inspects, and repairs a variety of electro-mechanical devices such as POS, security equipment, and alarms.
• Manage EV charger testing requirements including torque, thermal imaging, insulation, and performance reports.
• Locate performance issues and fix ground faults.
• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Review work orders, manuals, and drawings to perform service and maintenance.
• Use testing devices and hand/power tools related to the job.
• May be assigned to other areas for new installations and upgrades.
• Other duties as required.
