OWL Services LLC, in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Field Service Technician to service and install electronic equipment including POS and EV charging stations. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and on-site maintenance responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has mechanical and electrical aptitude, is able to travel up to 30–40% overnight, and can work independently with strong safety awareness. On-call rotation included.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• 1+ years’ electrical experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow protocols.
• 24/7 on-call rotation with local techs.
• Willing to travel up to 30–40% overnight.
• Experience with POS systems (Verifone/NCR) a plus.
• Experience with alarms a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driving record.
• Ability to travel with travel documents.
• Proficient with computer and smartphone.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots and repairs electro-mechanical devices like POS, cash registers, alarms.
• Manage EV charger testing requirements (torque, thermal imaging, insulation, reports).
• Locate system performance issues and fix faults.
• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs promptly.
• Review work orders and drawings to perform servicing.
• Use testing devices and tools related to the job.
• May be assigned to other areas for new installations.
• Other duties as required.
