OWL Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Clarksville, TN to service and install electronic equipment including security point of sale systems and EV charging stations. The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, independent work style, and travel up to 40% for installations and support.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are required.
• 1+ years’ experience in an electrical capacity is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and safety mindset.
• On-call rotation with other technicians, 24/7.
• Travel up to 30–40% overnight.
• Experience with POS systems such as Verifone/NCR is a plus.
• Experience with alarms is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good driving record required.
• Ability to travel and possess travel documents (REAL ID, Passport).
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, inspects, and repairs electro-mechanical devices including POS, alarms, and security equipment.
• Performs EV charger testing tasks like torque, thermal imaging, insulation testing, and generates performance reports.
• Identifies system performance issues and fixes faults.
• Completes service requests and maintenance in a timely, professional manner.
• Reviews work orders, manuals, and drawings to correctly service equipment.
• Uses various testing devices and hand/power tools relevant to the job.
• May be reassigned geographically to support new installations or upgrades.
• Other duties as assigned.
