Wolter, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to service customer locations in the West Salem/La Crosse area, traveling with company van and equipped with a service laptop and phone.

The role offers in-field training, strong safety culture, and a signing bonus for qualified candidates. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in repairing powered industrial equipment, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused mindset.

• 2+ years repairing powered industrial equipment (forklifts and similar)
• Required training completion
• Strong customer focus

• MHE certification (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Complete all service jobs assigned.
• Communicate with Road Lead Technician on issues or need for assistance.
• Attend service training classes to stay current on products.
• Submit all paperwork daily (timecards, maintenance reports with signatures).
• Coordinate with dispatcher/service office on status and new job availability.
• Identify jobs to send to the shop for repair when appropriate.
• Maintain relationship with territory sales reps to spot opportunities.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies at all times.
