Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Tampa, FL market team. You will deliver high-quality customer program execution through service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments.

You will partner with sales and service teams to enhance the customer experience, ensure Ecolab Brand Standards, and travel within the Tampa, Sarasota, and surrounding areas as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintaining, troubleshooting, installing equipment).
• A current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service across the market including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders reliably.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to keep a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fixes.
• Document all work accurately and timely; communicate value to customers and strengthen relationships.
