Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at client locations and company sites. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and install equipment for customer accounts, providing responsive support to resolve questions and complaints.

The role involves performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations, documenting service activities, and maintaining equipment on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Willing to learn water connections and piping (copper/PEX).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating difficulties of equipment and diagnose issues.
• Make repairs or adjustments to return equipment to working order.
• Maintain and clean equipment on location and exchange parts as needed.
• Document service calls, invoicing, asset verification, and customer paperwork.
• Perform preventive maintenance and installations as required.
• Maintain safe, clean service area and adhere to safety policies.
