Job summary

Aramark in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at Market Center or customer sites, install equipment at accounts, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. This is a senior role with mentoring duties for troubleshooting.

You will handle on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations, while documenting work, maintaining safety standards, and upholding excellent customer relations to safeguard the company’s image.

Qualifications

• Ability to repair small electrical appliances.
• Willing to learn connecting equipment to water sources.
• Learn to work with copper, braided and PEX lines.
• Reading and writing in English is required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Investigate operating difficulties of equipment at customers.
• Diagnose problems and determine corrections.
• Repair or adjust equipment to working order.
• Maintain equipment on location; exchange decanters and clean brewers.
• Document service activity, invoicing, and asset verification.
• Follow safety standards and maintain vehicle and work area.
