Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at customer locations or profit centers. The role covers diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, installation of equipment, and resolving customer questions or complaints about equipment.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong electrical appliance repair skills, and be willing to learn water connections, copper/PEX line work, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Willingness to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add lines and drainage.
• Willingness to work with copper, braided and PEX lines (6 months to 1 year experience or vocational training).
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Role may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and standing; PPE may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose operating difficulties and investigate equipment issues.
• Repair or adjust equipment to restore working condition.
• Clean and maintain equipment on-site, including brewers and decanters.
• Document service actions, invoices, and asset verifications.
• Repair and refurbish equipment and maintain spare parts.
• Accurately record work completed on mobile device.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and represent the company positively.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service, including emergency calls, maintenance, surveys, and installations.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety policies.
