Job summary

Aramark is seeking a field service technician to repair and recondition equipment at the Market Center and customer sites. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and assist customers with questions or complaints about equipment.

The role involves installing equipment, maintaining vehicles, and delivering products as needed. Strong English communication, a valid license, and the ability to lift heavy loads are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6–12 months of experience in equipment service operations or vocational training.
• Ability to connect equipment to water lines.
• Reads and writes English; strong customer service skills.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose operating difficulties and determine corrective action.
• Repair or adjust equipment to return it to working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location; exchange decanters and clean brewers.
• Repair and refurbish equipment in the Market Center.
• Make off-route product deliveries as needed.
• Maintain positive customer relations to uphold company image.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety policies and complete Driver Report.
• Follow manufacturers’ safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
