Job summary

Smarte Carte is seeking a Field Maintenance and Repair Technician for Cleveland, OH and surrounding area. This full-time role involves servicing and maintaining vending equipment at malls, gyms, and other locations, with a defined travel radius.

Qualifications

• 2 year associates or Technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years field based product support experience (route) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer service role.
• Basic understanding of electro/mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for area P&L, with the expectation to deliver excellent results vs. annual and strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders within Mall, Locker, and Planet Fitness communities and Smarte Carte peers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment including Carts, CMUs, Strollers, Massage Chairs, and Locker Systems.
• Perform cash and credit card collections accurately; deposit collections and finalize end of month paperwork.
