Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with a focus on safety.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for vending/breaktime equipment.
• Ability to interact professionally with client-site staff.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on vending equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine root causes through visual and audible inspection.
• Dismantle machines to access problem areas and repair as needed.
• Maintain inventory of parts on service vehicles and in the warehouse.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure safety policies and DOT regulations are followed.
