Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment, resolve technical issues, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You will service customers in Kentucky and Indiana, with a mid-morning start and early evening finish, plus flexibility for extended hours.

The role requires basic electronics, PC/networking knowledge, and Windows/MS applications proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.
• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.
• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices.
• Equipment installation and light mechanical refurbishing; maintain preventative.
• Customer service via on-site visits and telephone support.
• Assisting in tech sales as needed.
