As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment — including handheld electronic gaming units — resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in Kentucky and Indiana. Your typical day will begin mid‑morning and end in the early evening, but you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.
