Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment—including handheld electronic gaming units—resolve technical issues, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction in Kentucky and Indiana. Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multi-billion dollar charitable gaming industry. We distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as state‑of‑the‑art electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues.

Job Type: Full‑time

Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment — including handheld electronic gaming units — resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in Kentucky and Indiana. Your typical day will begin mid‑morning and end in the early evening, but you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.
• Equipment installation and light mechanical refurbishing, maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.
• Customer service via on‑site visits and telephone support.
• Assisting in tech sales as needed.

Requirements, Experience and Education

• High school diploma / GED equivalent.
• Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.
• Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Other Skills and Abilities

• Must be self‑motivated, self‑sufficient, and able to follow directions.
• Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.
• Service locations are located throughout Kentuckiana; you must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays. Be a Road Warrior.
• A company vehicle is provided; a good driving record must be maintained.
• Be safety oriented.
