Carolina Handling is seeking a Field Technician to service lift trucks and automated equipment at customer sites. You’ll diagnose electro‑mechanical issues, perform installations and repairs, and maintain a professional, customer‑facing presence to ensure satisfaction.

Daily travel to customer locations is expected; you’ll be equipped with a company van, tools, and training to advance your skills and career in a leading automation solutions company.

Qualifications

• Background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in maintenance, repair, or installation preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for diagnosing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: identify and diagnose electro‑mechanical problems, install and repair as needed.
• Customer Interaction: engage with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Professionalism: maintain a professional demeanor and deliver superior service.
• Repair Work: execute repairs efficiently and address analyses promptly.
• Scheduled Maintenance: perform contracted maintenance and address repairs found during checks.
