Job summary

Pro Mach, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support for customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery. You will help troubleshoot and enhance machine performance while traveling both domestically and internationally.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in Electromechanical or comparable experience, 4+ years in technical support, and strong communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits from your first day, including healthcare and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in technical support of an electromechanical product/system.
• Proven ability to read and understand complex engineering designs, including wiring schematics.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 85%.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, repair, and troubleshoot machinery.
• Direct customer’s personnel during machinery installations.
• Prepare trip reports updating the company on equipment status.
