Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Milwaukee, WI and surrounding regions. The role involves on-site and remote support for end-of-line strapping solutions and automated packaging systems.

You will install, maintain, and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems. Travel to client sites in the U.S. is extensive (approximately 80%), with in-house and field training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Spanish is preferred.
• Corrugated Industry experience a plus.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using test equipment.
• Generate service reports detailing work, parts, and follow-up.
• Communicate with service managers and plan travel itineraries.
