Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Manufacturing or Industrial experience is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with basic hand-tool skills.
• Must follow safety procedures and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, or repair electrical equipment following defined procedures and standards.
• Receive assignments from lead/manager and execute instructions.
• Read and follow company procedures and blueprints.
• Select materials and parts for assembly operations.
• Set up and layout materials and tools for assembly.
• Maintain required clearances and dimensions for voltage classifications.
• Support other team members in Transformer Assembly, Electrical Testing, Controls, LTCs, and Oil Processing.
