Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in technical support, maintenance, or field installations.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is helpful but not required.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work on-call when needed.
Responsibilities
- Install new equipment or systems at customer sites and configure to meet standards.
- Calibrate machinery and perform initial tests for successful handover to the client.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnose faults.
- Repair or replace components to keep equipment running with minimal downtime.
- Document service activities and report issues to engineering teams.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
