Qualifications

• Basic experience with mechanical systems; aggregate/mining equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn in the field.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work independently in remote environments.
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic; reliable team member.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of crushing and screening equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine service work.
• Support equipment installations, start-ups, and commissioning.
• Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new equipment.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and operational issues in the field.
• Work directly with customers and plant personnel in the region.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
