Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of crushing and screening equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine service work.
• Support equipment installations, start-ups, and commissioning.
• Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new equipment.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and operational issues in the field.
• Work directly with customers and plant personnel in the region.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.

What You’ll Work On

• Jaw, cone, and impact crushers
• Screening plants and scalping screens
• Conveyors, feeders, and material handling systems
• Hydraulic systems and components
• Diesel engines and power units
• Preventative maintenance, shutdowns, repairs, and rebuilds

Key Responsibilities

• Willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in aggregate, mining, or heavy equipment industries
• Familiarity with crushing, screening, or conveyor systems
• Welding or fabrication skills
• Primarily field-based role supporting active mining and aggregate operations
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, including heat, dust, noise, and heavy equipment
• Frequent travel to customer and job sites throughout the region
