General Equipment in Minot, ND is seeking a Field Service Technician to safely repair aggregate machinery in the field and at our shop. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and replace wear parts on crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment.

The role requires 3+ years in the aggregate industry, a Class A CDL, your own hand tools up to ¾ drive, and a customer-focused approach. Travel, safety compliance, and accurate paperwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the aggregate industry.
• Class A CDL is required.
• Own hand tools up to a ¾ drive set.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight field work.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tough environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems on aggregate equipment.
• Perform field repairs with minimal supervision.
• Replace crusher wear parts and screen cloth as needed.
• Inspect equipment and perform maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Attend training sessions and complete required paperwork.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
