DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain office technology equipment, including copiers and printers. You will install, configure, and test devices at customer sites while delivering strong customer service and timely updates to the service team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers and printers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive service team.
• Continue developing knowledge of office technology and manufacturer procedures.
