Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc is seeking a Field Service Technician in Warrendale, PA. The role involves installing and servicing Topcon Machine Control systems on construction equipment at job sites, with travel to various locations and strong customer interaction.

You will troubleshoot electro‑mechanical systems, support customers and sales teams, and grow into senior technical roles within a growing construction technology team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or trade school preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment or construction machinery is a plus.
• Experience with machine control installations is a plus but not required.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn heavy equipment operation and advanced technology.

Responsabilidades

• Install and service Topcon Machine Control systems on dozers, motor graders, excavators, skid steers, compactors, and pavers.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, hydraulic, and electronic systems to improve machine accuracy and performance.
• Research and diagnose technical issues to identify effective solutions.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sale technical support for customers and sales teams via on‑site visits, phone, email, and remote tools.
• Represent the company professionally at customer job sites and build long‑term relationships.
• Work outdoors in varied conditions: rain, heat, and cold are part of the job.
