Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SSE program completion preferred.
• Knowledge of gas processes and compressor packages.
• 1 year compression-related experience/training.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Performs job activities following Kodiak procedures and objectives.
• Troubleshoots basic issues and enhances troubleshooting skills.
• Attends and adheres to HSE meetings and protocols.
• Communicates needs to Supply Chain through analysis of parts and inventory.
• Maintains customer relationships.
• Ensures 98%+ mechanical availability of equipment with guidance.
• Keeps assigned units clean and presentable.
• Completes required reports per procedures.
• Provides 24/7 coverage and participates in on-call rotations.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned.
