Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Phoenix, AZ area. This field-based role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, with travel to nearby locations as needed.

You will support Institutional customers, uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, and work with sales and service teams to enhance customer outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service and support to customers across Phoenix market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Maintain stocked vehicle with equipment, parts, and inventory.
• Document work accurately and timely for each service visit.
• Communicate value of Ecolab services and strengthen customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution and service teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
