Job summary

SEB Professional North America is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair coffee equipment at customer sites. You will travel to various locations, perform maintenance, document activities, and train users while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a field technician or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in relevant industry equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment in field at customer locations.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Record detailed reports of all field service activities.
• Provide customer support including coordination of arrival and training.
