Job summary

SEB Professional North America is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain and repair equipment at customer sites around Phoenix. The role requires hands-on problem solving and independent work in diverse environments.

You will gather data from sensors, perform routine maintenance, and communicate repair status to customers and the service team. Travel is required, with a focus on meeting customer needs and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have proven field technician experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant industry equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at customer locations.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Record detailed service reports of activities.
• Gather and analyze data from environmental sensors.
• Provide customer training and support as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer service standards.
• Develop preventative maintenance plans for sites and equipment.
