Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to keep coffee, cold beverage, and water filtration equipment running.
• Install, maintain, repair, and remove brewing equipment, grinders, and filtration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance (because the best breakdown is the one that never happens!).
• Troubleshoot issues and spot repair trends before they become big problems.
• Manage spare parts inventory and order what you need to stay ready.
• Use a company handheld device to accept service calls and log notes.
• Prep water filtration units to keep up with sales demand.
• Partner with your manager and teammates to keep everything running smoothly.
