Job summary

Espresso Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain espresso equipment across the region. You will use a company-issued iPad and FieldAware to track time and parts, and you’ll keep customers informed on repair status.

Qualifications

• Experience in the coffee industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured.
• Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment.
• Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software.
• Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes.
• Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition.
• Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service.
• Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery.
