Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in the United States is hiring a Service Technician to service and maintain coffee brewing equipment at customer sites. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled service visits, install and refurbish equipment, and complete related paperwork.

You will instruct customers on proper use, manage parts inventory for your vehicle, and assist with deliveries when needed. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past Experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities on coffee brewing equipment at customer locations.
• Instruct customers on proper use of coffee equipment and answer inquiries.
• Complete service calls and related paperwork on time.
• Maintain proper parts inventory for the service vehicle.
• Refurbish and repair coffee equipment for customer sites.
• Prepare records such as service orders and inventory sheets.
• Ensure the service vehicle is maintained and driven legally.
• Assist with route deliveries when needed.
• Maintain and clean the service area and organize parts.
