This remote role requires daily travel to client sites and installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines. You will learn from our training teams and deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring machines operate reliably for healthcare facilities, hotels, and other customers who rely on Folgers and Cafe Bustelo.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reside within South Chicago, IL.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel frequently.
• On-call duties monthly in rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the equipment service business for Greater South Chicago & Surrounding areas & NW Indiana.
• Learn coffee machinery through training teams.
• Provide best-in-class customer service.
• Perform scheduled service, installations, removals, asset management, and emergency service.
• Manage equipment inventories and order parts.
• Document procedures and maintain electronic records.
• Drive a company vehicle to service sites.
