Job summary

Community Coffee invites a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair brewing equipment at customer locations. You will drive a company vehicle, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

You will document work orders, manage parts, and collaborate with sales to meet customer needs. A high school diploma and 3+ years in HVAC or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, appliance repair or similar mechanical field experience.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair equipment in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and remove brewing and serving equipment at customer locations.
• Drive a company vehicle to service sites and perform on-site tasks.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs with appropriate troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory.
• Document work orders and ensure accurate records.
