Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service CNC machine tools across North America. You will install, commission, maintain, repair, and provide on-site support at customer facilities with a heavy travel schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC maintenance experience, familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controls, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on CNC maintenance, repair, or service experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 90–95%.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools.

• Perform preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
• Assist with CNC alignment, setup, and testing.
• Diagnose machine failures using manuals and diagnostic tools.

Location: Nationwide, USA (Chicago area or near a major U.S. airport preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: 90–95% across the U.S., Canada, and occasionally Mexico

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Overtime

Job Summary

We are seeking a mechanically skilled Field Service Technician with hands-on CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience to support CNC machine tools at customer facilities throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair CNC machine tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
• Assist with CNC machine alignment, setup, and testing.
• Diagnose machine failures using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Provide onsite customer support and prepare service reports.
• Work alongside senior technicians and develop advanced CNC service expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CNC machine maintenance, repair, or service experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing CNC machine tools or manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controls preferred.
• Experience with horizontal machining centers is a plus.
• Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical drawings.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 90–95%.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Base Salary + Overtime (After 38.75 hours/week)
• Travel Per Diem: $60/day weekdays and $120/day weekends
• Vehicle allowance/program based on location
